The rental season is currently from early May to the end of September. In the past they have

Go to the nearby elk viewing areas to see the massive elk. After all, we are the elk capital
of Michigan. As you drive around, keep your eyes open for wildlife. You never know where they
will pop up.
Treat yourself to a hike on one of the many nature trails around - and don't forget about the
very popular Morel mushrooms that are abundant in the spring.
